A client now wants his bookshelf to be ten millimetres less deep. The problem is, he's literally a rocket scientist, so this stuff matters to him. He's used to hundredths of millimetres being a big deal, probably.

The builder says this will cost three hundred bucks. Now there's a dispute.

I am so lucky I have the next two days off after this.
