At 11 o'clock this morning, I became a homeowner. Yessssssssssssssssssss!

My calculator says that I'll have to fork out an extra two grand a year than if I was paying rent, but that's OK. My pay went up a bit recently.

I wonder what living in the new place will be like. If the layout is more comfy. I've lived in the old house for six or more years. Good times there. Good times. A little too much intensity in the yellowness of the walls department, but, still.

I'm moving on the weekend.
