I have been lying on the couch in a vat of my own filth in the last few days because I had a sore back and I couldn't actually stand up. All I could do when I had to move from place to place was run up the hall, doubled over, almost touching my toes.

After that weekend of hell, I got rewarded with a very sore throat and clammy head.

I'm real sick.
